Key Responsibilities
Overall development of local customers including strategic business plan creation and execution based on company strategy; Development and maintaining effective and leverageable working relationships with assigned customer across all departments; Participation in annual contract negotiations
Qualifications and Skills
Higher education At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG Knowledge and application of Market data and analytical resources (such as Nielsen, Gfk, etc.) Basic process knowledge of sales planning, organizing, field-controlling, forecasting, promo implementation A thorough understanding of trade initiatives such as JBP, Scorecard, Category leadership, etc. is a plus Advanced PC user (MS Office) Advanced negotiation & presentation skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking Self-motivated and goal oriented Team player
