Entire responsibility for transactions settlement and reconciliation business function, which presumes the function’s design, build, maintenance and evolution Aim for ever improving quality and efficiency of the function
Design and build resources, including business analysis and development specialists Execution resources
Define the function’s essence and service level as far as internal consumer (namely, product owners) experience is concerned Comply with the function’s service level defined Design the function execution process aiming for a full automation and STP Implement the function execution process using existing and/or creating new tools and collaborating with other relevant business functions owners Execute the function Build monitoring capabilities to control the execution of the function Manage the quality of the function execution process aiming to improve it by all means possible, including changing the function’s design Create and keep up-to-date relevant documentation and knowledge base publicly available within the organization Control the cost of the function execution process Ensure internal and external clients satisfaction
Deep knowledge of securities/financial contracts settlement, position keeping and reconciliation Proven experience in team management in banking or financial markets sector of 3+ years Fluent English and Russian (oral and writing)
Experience of participation in back-office system implementation project Experience in defining requirements for software solutions Extensive hands-on data analysis experience Project management experience Customer facing experience Technical university degree
